Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Due to the international nature of our logistics, delivery to Canada typically takes 10–20 business days. All orders are fully tracked.

Yes! We provide free delivery across Canada on all orders, regardless of size or price.

If your package hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 3 business days. If it still hasn’t arrived, reach out to info@veloravancouver.com, and we'll investigate promptly.

No. We ship all orders via Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means Velora Vancouver handles all import duties and taxes. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.

Returns And refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that for standard returns, items must be shipped back to our central warehouse in China.

For standard returns (e.g. change of mind or wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, if you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us and we will cover the return costs.

Once your return is approved and processed, refunds will be issued within 7 days to the original payment method.
