3. Shipping Origin & DDP Guarantee

  • Origin: To ensure the best value, orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly from our professional logistics partners in China.
  • DDP Shipping: To ensure a transparent shopping experience for our Canadian customers, we ship all orders via Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
  • No Extra Costs: This means that Viet E-commerce takes full responsibility for all import duties, customs fees, and GST/HST. The price you pay at checkout is the final price; you will not receive any additional bills from customs or couriers upon delivery.

4. Customs Compliance

While orders originate internationally, our DDP process ensures that all customs clearance is handled by us. Customers are not responsible for import-related fees for deliveries within Canada.

5. Orders and Payment

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if suspicious or fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • Payment is taken securely at checkout using approved payment providers (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, etc.).

Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
