Velora Vancouver is a trade name of Viet E-commerce, a Dutch-registered company based in Almere, Netherlands (KVK: 96963581). To maintain an efficient supply chain and offer our collections directly to Canada at the best possible value, we utilize a centralized international fulfillment model.

While our management, administration, and customer support teams operate from our headquarters in Almere, Netherlands, our inventory is dispatched directly from our trusted partner fulfillment centre in Asia (China).

Quality Inspections: Every order undergoes a thorough manual quality check and inspection at our fulfillment centre before it is packaged. This ensures that the items meet our specifications and that your order is complete before it begins its journey to Canada.

2. Taxes, Duties & Customs

We ship to Canada on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means the price you see at checkout is final. Velora Vancouver handles all import formalities, and there are no additional customs fees, GST/HST, or duties to be paid by the customer upon delivery.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order's progress directly via our Track Your Order page. Please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update after the initial dispatch.

4. Delays & Delivery Issues

Delivery Guarantee & Delays While we strive to deliver every order within our 10–20 business day window, external factors such as peak holiday periods, extreme weather, or customs processing may occasionally affect delivery times. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@veloravancouver.com. We take full responsibility for your order until it is successfully delivered to your address.

5. Damaged Items & Cancellations

  • Cancellations: Requests must be made before the order is processed (usually within 6-12 hours). Once dispatched, the standard return process applies.
  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty item, contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
